A distinguished Industrialist, whose professional experience span over 3 decades in the following Industries: Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Mining and Smelting, Edible Oils, fats and Soaps, In household International Companies such as Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Union Carbide and Olivine Industries (Pvt) Ltd (H.J Heinz and later Wilmar).

Solomon, who is the nerve centre of Rant ECA Solutions (Rant ECA) is a Graduate Supply Chain Management Specialist, whose experience in the above Companies was in Production Planning, New Products Development, Procurement and Logistics (Managing Durban and Beira Ports Installations from Harare) as well as spearheading All Oil Seeds and Tomato contract growing for the business.

Solomon is a hands-on the deck professional, who occupied various corporate management positions up to Board level, until the time he went on early retirement in December 2017 to spearhead the establishment of Rant ECA.
